Our Organisation: The Fight Cancer Foundation has been a long-time supporter of our ovarian cancer program and in November 2008, formally established a partnership with the Ovcare National Cancer Centre team, lead by Professor Greg Rice. This partnership provides the Centre with a level of support that allows the team to focus on research, development and delivery of health care outcomes for the women of Australia.
Our Event: We extend an invitation to you to join us at Ovation . . . Celebrating Lifea fundraising dinner for the benefit of ovarian cancer research and test development.
Ovation is a celebration of Australian talent, both on the stage and in this important area of womens health.
More importantly, Ovation is a celebration of life and continues the legacy of those remarkable women, past and present, whom we through our ongoing commitment to the community to deliver earlier detection and better treatment of ovarian cancer.
Over the past twelve months, under the leadership of Professor Greg Rice, our team has been a part of significant milestones in ovarian cancer test development. Despite this success, there is still more to be done to reach our final goal.
To prevent the tragic loss of life caused by ovarian cancer, we seek your help and invite you to share in our success and join us at Ovation.
