2025 is just around the corner! Do you already have a New Year’s resolution in mind? Does it have something to do with eating healthy and/or trying new dishes to cook? If you answered yes to both questions then you’ll definitely enjoy Cyrenians’ Persian Cooking with Solmaz. If you answered no, then this cooking class might help you figure out what you want to do for the whole year. Happening on January 18, 2025 at Flavour and Haver Cook School, Edinburgh, Chef Solmaz Eradat will teach you how to cook a delicious and healthy two course Persian menu. After the class, you’ll get to sit down and enjoy the dishes you made with your fellow attendees. Funds raised from this event will go to Cyrenians whose mission is “To tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness through learning from lived experience; by delivering targeted services which focus on prevention, early intervention and support into a home; and by influencing changes in legislation and policy.”

Solmaz Eradat will be back on Saturday 18 January from 10:30am – 2pm, with another of her fabulous Persian cooking classes. In this class she will teach you how to make a delicious two course Persian menu that is perfect for those partaking in Veganuary (vegan January).
Come along and enjoy a relaxing and inspirational Saturday morning with us, as Solmaz teaches you how to make a Barbery soup, followed by a Persian jackfruit and carrot stew accompanied by a shirazi salad (cucumber & tomato), flatbreads and yoghurt.
Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked!
