The St Croix County Wisconsin Fire Chief Fundraiser is a great event involving local fire chiefs.
The goal of the fundraiser is to raise $10,000. The exciting part of the fundraiser is that the fire chiefs of four locations will be raised in their ladder trucks in order to raise the money.
The closer they get to their goal, the lower the bucket will be.
In addition, at $2000 raised, they will heat the bucket and at $4000 raised, the fire chiefs will get hot chocolate. But only at the full $10000 will the firemen be let down to go home.
This charity benefits the Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army helps with rent and assistance in utilities as well as food and transportation subsidies.
