This year’s Santa Fe Trail-a-Thon will have a new beneficiary.
“The goal is to [net] around $10,000,” said Karen Cain, Sunrise Rotary Club member and Tulare Emergency Aid board member. Proceeds will go toward the club’s scholarship program and other youth programs, Cain said. The Tulare Emergency Aid portion will go toward the organization’s general fund. “It costs money to keep the doors open,” Cain said.
