Seen At The Scene Charity League Honors Its Graduates 2009: Sweet Emotional

Seen at the Scene Charity League honors its graduates

It was a very sweet and emotional time for the graduating class of National Charity League senior Ticktockers as they paid tribute to their
mothers and others who play a vital role in their lives. Each had a very compelling story that even caused the fathers in the audience to shed a tear or two for their beautiful daughters. Nearly 300 people were on hand at the Hyatt Regency on June 7 as the league’s South Coast chapter hosted its annual Ticktocker Tribute Luncheon. Guests applauded the achievements of girls in grades 7-12 for their community service hours. The 20 senior Ticktockers, the Class of 2009, alongside their mothers, performed six years of volunteer service at local charities. As the chapter said farewell to the graduating seniors, it also welcomed the new members of the Class of 2015. The new members include: Dee Ann and Holly Bahadursingh, Gretchen and Sabrina Benfanti, Catherine and Madeline Bennett, Tanya and Allison Brown, Michelle and Taylor Covington, Jean and Jordan DePina, Jennifer Geiger and Jillian Thompson, Jennifer and Jillian Haynie, Julie and Gretchen King, Michelle and Danielle Kirkpatrick, Van and Dominique Loney, Shannon and Kelly McCone, Lynne and Bernadette McConnell, Christi and Lauren Mihkelson, Lauren and Eliana Rips, Jacque and Samantha Sweeting, Cassie and Madeline Hanley, and Erin and Delaney Kahlert.
