The next Sharpies Charity Challenge will be a modified HALF IRONMAN which will be held on Saturday the 4th of April 2009. Participants can compete in groups and can complete the challenge in any way they like. This year participants will also help to raise money for the challenges charity which will be donated to The Alfred Hospital in 2009.
The modified HALF IRONMAN will be: [The challenge this year for me is to complete the three legs in less than 5 hours!]
SWIM 3KM (Held at MSAC Albert Park)
CYCLE 85KM (From MSAC Albert Park to Frankston retrun)
RUN 10KM (Approximately 2 laps of Albert Park Lake)
