Jonathon Welch AM, the man behind the former Choir of Hard Knocks, The Choir of Hope and Inspiration, has created Social Inclusion Week.
The week is a time to bring people together to highlight the importance of community, connectedness and caring.
The event will culminate in a National Street Party.
Social Inclusion Week starts 23 November.
