At the end of the month Sydneysiders, including ambassador Guy Leech (pictured), will hit the pool for the Splash for Cash Swimathon, raising funds for the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC).
The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre will be host to the official swimathon, and three other pools in Sydney will also hold Splash for Cash events.
The event will see sponsored swimmers of all ages and abilities swim as many laps as possible to raise funds for the charity.
The RIDBC hopes to raise over $50 000 through this year’s Splash for Cash Swimathon, on 29 March.
