Stroke victim hails life changing rotary grant

4:30pm Saturday 2nd May 2009 A STROKE victim has hailed the work of a charity who gave him a life changing grant.
Garrick Lingwood, 53, of Allinson Road, Marlow suddenly became ill at work around ten years ago and was diagnosed with a stroke. He was forced to give up work. The Rotary Club of Marlow Thames heard about his plight and purchased an electric wheelchair, which gave him some freedom and independence.
