BUENA — Three Vineland residents were charged Friday in connection with the theft of an autographed photo of a Philadelphia 76ers player from a
charity event meant to raise money for a sick child. Arrested on Friday were: The three were processed and released on summonses. Theft, the most serious charge, is a fourth-degree offense punishable by up to 18 months in state prison. The framed, autographed photo of 76ers guard Willie Green — which came with a letter of authenticity from the team — disappeared April 18 during a benefit for 9-year-old Michael Barner at Big Apple Caf
