Rugby legend Tony Woodcock was the first to take in a new member of the family as part of the Pedigree Adoption Drive.
Mason the dog is the newest and happiest member of the Woodcock family.
Every year thousands of dogs end up in animal shelters all over New Zealand but the Pedigree Adoption Drive is helping put them in fun and loving homes.
