Aussie cricketers including Simon Katich (pictured) and Mark Waugh will go up against rugby union players, including Lachie Turner and Luke Burgess, in the Triple Climb 09 event, raising funds for The Smith Family.
The sportsmen will not only attempt to race each other up the three highest peaks in the ACT, NSW and VIC, but will also, with the help of 15 other climbers, aim to raise $250 000 for The Smith Familys Learning for Life program.
