Did you know the human heart begins to beat at 21 days after conception? The Two Feet and a Heartbeat course is 2.1km long, a simple reminder that we all have a heart beating inside us capable of so much, we just need to take the first step.
All entrants will receive a funky pair of Two Feet and a Heartbeat socks and a helium balloon to help raise awareness on the day.
