Have you heard of Matooke, Posho, Chipathi, and Luwombo? These are some of Uganda’s signature dishes – Matooke is a boiled and mashed green banana dish, Posho is a corn meal sometimes served with stew or beans, Chipathi is a whole wheat flatbread, and Luwombo is a fish, chicken or beef meal cooked in peanut sauce and steamed in plantain leaves. Funds raised will go to Cyrenians, a charity tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness.
