UNIFEM Spring Walks

The UNIFEM Spring Walks start on the International Day of Peace, with the aim of raising awareness of gender equality.
Women in developing countries have walk to up to 5km a day just to collect essential family items.
Women in Australia can support their plight by organising walks of their own and raising money for the cause.
The UNIFEM Spring Walks should be held between September 21 and October 24.
