Potter Hospice.
Mary Potter Hospice offers free palliative care to all people with a terminal illness in the Wellington-Porirua-Kapiti region, regardless of age, religion or ethnic origin. The ability to pay is not a factor, as all of their services are offered at no charge.
One question that many people ask is . . how much does it cost to run the service
$6.5million each year – about half of this is funded by the government the Hospice fundraises for the remainder, through a variety of sources in the community.
As you can read, they need our help more than ever to ensure these services can be continued and offered to those in need.
We invite you to come and support this amazing event, in aid of the Mary Potter Hospice.
