The 2010 World Conference on Women and Sport will be held in Sydney this month.
The conference ‘will offer a unique opportunity for participants to share experiences, strengthen international connections and find ways to stimulate action at local, national and international levels’.
A number of world class Aussie athletes will serve as ambassadors for the event, including champion sprinter Cathy Freeman.
The 2010 World Conference on Women and Sport is on 20 to 23 May.
