Woodbury Gala Evening.
Woodbury school for children with autism, located in Sydneys Baulkham Hills, first opened its doors in January 2006, and currently has 32 students. It is Australias first school to teach children with autism using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). ABA is proven to be the most effective intervention and educational approach for children with autism. It uses one-to-one instructional techniques to break learning down into smaller, more manageable steps. Woodbury is a non-profit organisation that is working towards continuing its high standard of service and education to its current students, and also expanding its services to help more children in Sydney that are affected by autism.
Annually Woodbury holds a lavish Gala evening to raise much needed funds. This year the Gala is on Saturday August 16th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney and will be hosted by Ian Rogerson. Please join us for an marvelous evening filled with wonderful auction items, great food and live entertainment and all for a most worthwhile cause.
