Jewish Care found an anonymously donated bronze giraffe statue left outside their Golders Green Office, when put up for auction it sold for 1500.
Jewish Care is a major British charity, with 1000 full-time staff and 2500 volunteers it provides care to vulnerable members of the Jewish Community, assisting over 7000 people every week.
The 19-inch high Bronze Giraffe was a work by renowned Zimbabwean-born artist, Llewellyn Davies.
The identity of the person who anonymously donated the giraffe statue remains unknown.
