To The Editor: I had the very good fortune recently to attend the annual fund-raising Kentucky Derby party of the African Medical Mission held
at Camp Mondamin on Lake Summit in Tuxedo. The women displayed a most colorful array of Derby-Day hats, and the guests enjoyed the traditional mint juleps and a delicious gourmet dinner after Mine the Bird flew away from the also-rans. Silent and live auctions added further excitement to the event. Thank you, AMM, for a delightful evening. Rand Bishop
