George Clooney has been selected to receive a special humanitarian Emmy Award.
The Bob Hope Humanitarian Award will go to Clooney for his work trying to lift the lives of people in struggling situations, like those in Sudan and Haiti.
George Clooney joins other Hollywood heavyweight humanitarians, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby and Danny Thomas, who previously received the award.
