THESE gorgeous girls have been selected as the winners of the 2010 Plymouth Calendar Girls competition.
Hundreds of people packed into Oceana on Saturday to discover who would grace the pages of the annual calendar. More than 16,320 votes were cast leading up to the event. As well as the 12 overall winners, 10 reserves were also named. The girls will now take part in a series of photoshoots for the 2010 calendar before starting their fundraising work in aid of St Luke’s Hospice. One of the winners, 18-year-old Danielle Tapp, from Plympton, said: “I didn’t expect to win but I’m so pleased I got through. “I only entered because I wanted to support the charity which cared for my grandmother.” Amy Millman, a hairdresser from Eggbuckland, said she was also “really happy” to have been selected as a winner.
“I honestly didn’t think I would get through,” added the 20-year-old.
