Last week, I attended a bout of the Wasatch Roller Derby League at Hollywood Connection in West Valley City. Several hundred people packed a small flat-track rink to watch 10 women battle it out on skates. It was a charity event. With 40 percent of the gate receipts being donated to Primary Children’s Medical Center, Team Suture Fancy was matched against the I.V. Leaguers. Note
