The event, organised by Worcester Dragons, has raised tens of thousands of pounds for charitable causes over the years and that tradition is set to continue with another exciting display this year. Businesses, organisations, pubs, sport and youth clubs, and any other group who can get 16 people together to form a crew, are now wanted to join in a day on the water. Cup and plate trophies will be awarded at the event, which will take place on Sunday, June 21.
Sue Evans, regatta co-ordinator, said that as well as enjoying a great day of competition, the event is also an opportunity to promote team building, raise money for a charity of your choice and meet new people.
