The Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay is inviting everyone to participate in its upcoming fundraising drive on January 21, 2023 from 7 pm to 10 pm EST at Red Lion Smokehouse. Team up with your better half or drinking buddies (or anyone that won’t forget to show up) and join others in support of the society’s awareness campaign for Alzheimer’s disease.

For only $50 per person, each participant can have a chance to to play Memory Games from 7:30 pm onwards at the famed Smokehouse.

To better appreciate the event, some background of the organizer is worth knowing. The Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay is a registered non-profit and was “founded in the home of a family caregiver in 1984”. Affiliated with the Alzheimer Society of Ontario and the Alzheimer Society of Canada, they are proud “supporters of with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias as well as their families and partners in care”.
