Happening on November 25 at Grand Hotel, Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, this is a fundraising event by the shelter whose objective is the “promotion of kindness and prevention of cruelty to animals.” Established in 1896, they have reunited a lot of lost pets with their owners, rescued and rehabilitated abused dogs and cats, and rehomed numerous animals to new, loving homes, through the different programs that they have.
