Three youths accused of the murder of a 15-year-old boy at a charity party in east London are due to appear in court later.
The boys, two aged 16 and one 17-year-old, are accused of murdering Steven Lewis on Whitwell Road, Plaistow, on 24 January. Police found Steven following a disturbance at St Cedd’s church hall where a charity event had been held. The accused will appear at a north London magistrates’ court later.
Steven Lewis had previously been in a care home in Blackpool where he had been placed by Newham Council.
