“Visions of Joy”, happening from 8 to 14 September, 10am to 9pm daily, is held in conjunction with Plaza Singapura’s 40th Anniversary celebrations. Approximately 200 children from low-income families will be receiving free eye examinations and S$24,000 worth of spectacles at the event held at Plaza Singapura’s Level 1 main atrium.

This event is organized in partnership with KJ Optometrists, and is in support of the Health Promotion Board (HPB)s National Myopia Prevention Program.In addition to benefiting underprivileged children, Visions of Joy also comprises a free-to-enter roadshow that aims to educate the public about the importance of good eye care and early myopia prevention.

In addition, the public will be invited to donate their old or used spectacles for recycling, and in return receive $40 worth of KJ Optometrists vouchers and a complimentary glaucoma test.
