WAKE FOREST-ROLESVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL TO LUAU FOR DUKE CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK AND NORTH CAROLINA CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL Goal: $20,000 Website: www.wfrnationaltreasure.com Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School
(1800 South Main Street, Wake Forest) students will dance 6 hours on Friday, May 1 in their gym to raise money for Duke Children’s Miracle Network and North Carolina Children’s Hospital. This event has raised $40,000 since 2006 and raised $18,000 just last year. Students have been challenged to raise at least $50 for the hospitals. While only $15 is required for admission to the Dance Marathon, a $50 donation gives the students some real perks. It will include a free catered dinner, free Hawaiian Luau gadgets, free admission to the Charity Fun Fair on May 27 and $10 to spend at that fun fair. Students who raise $100 or more will have a chance to win a donated Wii and Guitar Hero World Tour!
