Call to help boost charity numbers

the recession. Organisers of the Zig Zag charity ball, to be held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre on June 20, said numbers were down for this year’s event. Carseldine residents Michelle and Phil Lawson, who founded Zig Zag last year, are keen to see as many people as possible attend the event. So far we’ve only got about 500 people who have bought tickets for the ball, we are aiming to have 1000,’’ Mrs Lawson said.
