According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the world’s most common cancer. As of 2020, 7.8 million women have already been diagnosed with this disease globally. In less developed countries, it is the number one cause of cancer death and the second cause among American women. With full and proper treatment though, survival probabilities can reach 90%, even higher when the disease is detected early.

On October 8, Mahkota Medical Centre, one of the largest private hospitals in Malaysia, will be holding Mahkota Charity Run 2023 at Mahkota Medical Centre, Melaka. Aside from being a fundraising event for breast cancer patients, it is a gathering of women’s health advocates to create a supportive and open community for people battling breast cancer.

Join us on 8 October 2023 for the Breast Cancer Heroes Run By Mahkota For Women. Run for a cause, celebrate life, and support breast cancer patients in need.

All funds raised will go towards providing much-needed diagnostics for breast cancer patients.
